Sunset Village property lies within protected Wetland areas which include Additional Preserved Upland Buffer as outlined in the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Agency Permit No. 23-0205687-003-DF issued June 13, 2003. The HOA recommends that all surveys include the restricted conservation boundaries outlined in the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Agency Permit.
